Returns Our company offers a generous return period of 30 days for all items. Claims related to damaged or lost items must be submitted within 7 days. Kindly return all products in their original or equivalent packaging, ensuring that items are returned in the same shipping dimensions as delivered to avoid additional shipping costs. Please note, we do not accept returns for rug pads and clearance items. Items purchased from our retail partners are also non-returnable.
